Total Delivery Time for Your Order

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. You can usually find an item’s processing time when you click “See estimated arrival date” on the item page.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.

When to Expect Your Order to Arrive

During checkout you can see the estimated arrival date for each item in your cart. We determine this date using the maximum processing and shipping time.

For Items Purchased from KongGourmet.com

We use UPS Ground for most of our shipment. UPS Ground often takes as long as 7 days to reach to your location.

Please note:

Arrival dates include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

In your shopping cart we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States.

Please note: You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.

Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
